Event 1: How your image can make or break your success

Did you know that within the first 30 seconds of meeting someone a first impression is formed – 55% I based on how you look, 37% on how you sound and only 7% on what you actually say?

The old axiom is true – you never get a second chance to make a first impression – so ensure that yours is positive.

Imogen Lamport has a background in marketing and publicity for one of the world’s leading publishers, Penguin Books. She has also worked for a global IT company in a variety of roles including business development, internal communications, transition management and is an experienced workshop facilitator. www.bespokeimage.com.au

Event 2: Effective Networking

Not only is NETWORKING an essential life skill, it is also the most basic business building tool in today’s competitive market. Networking will account for more than 87% of all business in the market place.

Paul Epstein has been involved in sales and sales training for twenty years in various fields. He was a director of two companies and still plays an active role in his key passion – selling as a Business Development Manager for a leading software vendor, where meeting new potential customers is his focus.

This is an event not to be missed!
